The only thing that makes the DeLorean mortal is the epoxy coated steel frame. Prone to rust, the frame does not carry the kind of durability the stainless steel panels do. In order to change this, I decided to have a stainless steel frame built. I also had a stainless steel frame produced for a future project of mine, the DeLorean Limo. Unlike the prototype stainless steel frames developed originally at the factory, this frame has stronger stainless steel components and utilizes state of the art laser cutting technology and precise, re-engineered bends, to increase structural integrity beyond the OEM mild steel design.
